Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags
  • The original packaging is intact
  • You have the original invoice or proof of purchase

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear, socks, and other intimate apparel
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

Return Process

  1. Initiate a return request through your account or by contacting customer support
  2. You will receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions
  3. Pack the item securely with all original tags and packaging
  4. Ship the item using the provided return label or your preferred courier
  5. Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund/exchange

Refund Timeline

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 7-10 business days after return approval
  • Net Banking: 5-7 business days
  • UPI/Wallets: 24-48 hours
  • Cash on Delivery: Refund will be processed via bank transfer

The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for purchase.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, we will issue a refund.

For size exchanges, we offer one free exchange per order within 30 days.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the issue
  • We will arrange for free return shipping and expedite your replacement

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we cover return shipping costs.

For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a quality issue.
